Everywhere. We ship worldwide from our Lagos studio, so wherever you are, JB comes to you. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

In-stock pieces leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours is on its way.

Every order ships with tracking. Follow it any time on our track order page, or from the link in your dispatch email.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, charged on delivery. These are outside our control and aren't included in your total at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with the original tags attached. Once we've received and checked your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Email us at hello@jbottoms.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. For an exchange, tell us the size or piece you'd like instead and we'll hold it where we can.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and pierced items are final sale. Custom and made-to-order pieces are made just for you and can't be returned unless faulty.

We design for UK sizes 4–20 and heights 4'8"–6'5". Every product page lists its available sizes, and our size guide has full measurements and how-to-measure guidance.

Our pieces are cut to flatter. For a snug, body-confident fit take your usual size; for a relaxed feel, size up. Still unsure? Check the size guide or message us your measurements and we'll guide you.

Yes. Custom orders are at the heart of JB. Share your measurements, colours and the occasion, and we'll make a piece that's yours alone. Start with our custom order form and we'll take it from there.

It depends on the piece, but most custom orders are ready within 2–4 weeks of confirming your details. We'll give you a clear timeline before anything is made, and keep you posted through the studio.

Because they're made just for you, custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. We confirm every detail with you before we start.

Cold hand-wash, or a gentle machine cycle inside out, and hang to dry away from direct sun. Skip the tumble dryer — it keeps colours bold and fabrics fierce for far longer.

Hang structured and tailored pieces to keep their shape, and fold knits so they don't stretch on the shoulder. Always check the care label sewn into your piece for anything specific to its fabric.
