1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JBottoms website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept these terms.
2. Products & availability
We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately. Because each piece is cut and sewn in Nigeria, slight variations in fabric and finish are part of the craft and are not defects. Stock is limited and items may sell out; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported: ₦ NGN, $ USD, £ GBP or € EUR. International payments are processed by Stripe and Nigerian payments by Paystack. We do not store your full card details. Taxes, duties and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be placed in error or in bad faith.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Lagos. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers and events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Any import duties or taxes due in the destination country are your responsibility.
5. Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Swimwear and pierced items are final sale for hygiene reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, prints, photography, text and the JBottoms name and logo, is owned by or licensed to JBottoms and protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBottoms is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
